In the Fecht Valley, nestled in the heart of the Vosges Mountains and within the Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons des Vosges in Haut-Rhin, several routes with technical sections around high-altitude lakes are waiting to challenge you. October has arrived, and rain won’t stop you from smashing your records at the Munster Trail! ⏱

You’ll start about twenty kilometres from Colmar. The organizers have planned everything to help you find the distance that suits you best: 10, 20, 40 and… 105 kilometres! Around you, lush nature near a few villages unlike any other due to their proximity to the region’s biggest lakes and peaks. During your journey you’ll marvel at landscapes surrounded by hills and mountains. Between forest passages you’ll climb again and again. With your head in the clouds, you’ll reach the summit of the Petit Ballon at 1272 meters above sea level, and the Petit Hohneck at 1290 meters. Vertigo? No problem. We’ll meet you at the top of the Kastelberg, at 1350 meters above sea level! 🏔
