Le Front Running Sports 5K est une épreuve d'endurance qui se déroule sur un parcours plat certifié par l'USATF. Les participants sont encouragés à porter des costumes de Noël, et des récompenses sont remises aux trois premiers hommes et femmes ainsi qu'aux trois premiers de chaque tranche d'âge, de 7 ans et moins à 90 ans et plus. Une partie des recettes est reversée à la fondation Run 4 a Cause. L'événement propose le retrait des dossards chez Front Running Sports, l'inscription le jour même de la course, des photos gratuites avec le Père Noël, un parking pratique et un chronométrage à puce pour des résultats précis.
