Festival de Courses de Montagne de Basse-Silésie

The Lower Silesia Mountain Running Festival is the true "Roland Garros" of Polish trail. Taking place in July in the picturesque Lądek-Zdrój, the festival offers routes for everyone – from absolute beginners to ultramarathoners with steel calves. The crown distance is the mythical Seven Summits Run (240 km), but you can also opt for the Super Trail (130 km), the K-B-L (110 km), the Golden Marathon (45 km) or the fast Golden Thirty (33 km) and the Trojak Trail (10 km) 💨. The courses traverse the most beautiful corners of the Kłodzko region – from the Śnieżnik, passing through the Bialskie Mountains, up to the Golden Mountains. The atmosphere in the festival village, where hundreds of runners share their stories to the sound of music, is simply unmatched ✨.

Once you’ve crossed the finish line in Lądek and your legs remember how to walk on flat ground, the Kłodzko region (less than two hours from Wrocław) offers a regeneration in its most beautiful expression 🏰 :

Source Wojciech : It’s the jewel of Lądek-Zdrój. A bath in a marble pool with thermal water under a neo-Baroque dome is an absolute "must-do" for couples seeking relaxation after the effort 🧖‍♂️.

Bear Cave at Kletno : Only a 20-minute drive from Lądek. It’s one of Poland’s most beautiful caves – stalactites and stalagmites will amaze every family with kids (be sure to book in advance!) 🐻.

Kłodzko Fortress : a monumental building with an underground mining tunnel system that will transport you to the era of Prussian soldiers and give you an adrenaline boost even after the race 🏰.
