L’Odysséa Dijon propels you into a rose wave ultra-festive moment where every stride has meaning and boundless energy 💗. This race in Burgundy Franche-Comté, in the Côte d'Or, welcomes you with open arms to celebrate its 20th anniversary 🥳. The rule is simple: everyone wears the famous pink T-shirt to color the trails 👚. The setting is simply magical as you find yourself frolicking by the tranquil Lac Kir💧. Summertime there means operation Dijon-Plage : parasols, supervised swimming, sun loungers... But first, in June, it's running mission! 💥

For the race formats, you’re spoiled for choice 🤗. If you want to treat yourself without stress, the 5 km run or in walk will let you chat, jog a bit, and enjoy the scenery without ending up trashed at the finish line 🥵. If you have a warrior soul or love a challenge, the 10 km is waiting for you to show what your legs are made of 🚀. You can also sign up in the solo to beat your personal best or in a corporate team of 15 people minimum (yes, it’s a real tribe 🤪). Kids also have the right to support their mom and all the women involved, by participating in the kids’ format of 1 km named “I Run for Mom” 💕. Love the concept but can’t join the beautiful town of Dijon ? The organizers thought of everything! Thanks to the application Odysséa, you can join this race in connected mode, whenever you want, wherever you are 🤳.

The aim is primarily charitable, since all funds raised are directly donated to the Centre George François Leclerc, at the Centre de Cancérologie de Bourgogne (for the development of photobiomodulation on the 3 ICB sites) and the Association Carpe Diem 💛. In short, you don’t win your breath for nothing; you literally run to advance medicine and give hope 💪. So, whether you run, walk, or sprint: GO sign up for a good cause! 🩷

After conquering Dijon-proud legs (or not 😎), wander the surroundings! We highly recommend visiting the Place de la Libération and climb up to the Tours Philippe le Bon, at 46m high, to admire the view 👁️. If you enjoy bucolic strolls, wander through the Jardin Darcy, created by local engineer Henri Darcy who designed a reservoir to supply Dijon with drinking water in 1838 ☝️. Finally, end at the sumptuous Palais des Ducs 😍. Your side quest will be a delicious break at the Halles de Dijon, because it's important to “refuel” as they say 😉.
