The first day is all about our Advanced and Intermediate Fighters. Competitors will face off across a massive variety of disciplines, showcasing incredible skill, speed, and technique:

The excitement doesn't stop when the daytime divisions wrap up. Saturday evening marks the highly anticipated return of the Pro-Am Gala Night.

Come and witness the absolute best of the best go head-to-head under the spotlight. This year's spectacular finals lineup includes:

Finals on Show

Just Blitz Combat

  • Male, Ages 10–12, -35kg
  • Female, Ages 13–15, -50kg

Martial Boxing

  • Male, Ages 18–35, -75kg
  • Female, Ages 18–35, -65kg

Light Continuous Combat

  • Male, Ages 13–15, -55kg
  • Female, Ages 10–12, -45kg

KL Combat

  • Male, Ages 18–35, -80kg
  • Female, Ages 18–35, -65kg

👑 Featured Event: The ICO Pro-Am Points Title

Featuring the prestigious ICO Pro-Am Points Title Event (18+). Watch as last year's champions, Craig Harrington and Tammy Lee, return to the mats to defend their titles in the Male and Female divisions, with a £500 cash prize on the line!

Sunday 13th September: First Timers, Novices, Traditional Karate, Forms & Kumite

Day 2 is dedicated to the future stars of the sport alongside our traditional disciplines! Sunday will feature all of our First Timer and Novice categories, as well as the Traditional Forms and Kumite divisions.

Categories running on Sunday include:

  • Traditional & Creative Forms
  • Kumite
  • Points Fighting
  • Just Blitz
  • Light Continuous
  • Kick Light

Age & Weight Criteria

  • Under 18s can fight in any weight category within their age group. They are allowed to step up an age category, but must remain within their own weight category. (No child will be allowed to step up to the 18+ category.)
  • Competitors aged 35+ may fight down in the 18–35 years category. No competitor aged 18–35 may fight up into the 35+ category.

Category Experience Levels & Parameters

To ensure fair and competitive matching, please adhere strictly to the following experience definitions:

  • First Timer: Up to 12 months of training only. Must not have competed in more than 3 tournaments without placing.
  • Novice: Up to 18 months of training only. Must have competed for no more than a year and not placed 1st or 2nd at any recognised event.
  • Intermediate: Up to 3 years of competition experience and training, but never placed at a recognised event (ICO, WAKO, WKU, WKKC, ISKA) in an Advanced category.
  • Advanced: 3 years or more of competition experience or have placed 1st or 2nd at a recognised event (as listed in the Intermediate criteria).
