The Saint-Martin-d'Hères Poly Raid offers a multi-activity city format, combining orienteering, run & bike, canoeing, and biathlon to finish with burning legs. Choose from 4 courses: Green Wellness, Blue Competitive, Red Challenging, and Black Boss Final with technical challenges and elevations, suited to all levels. After the effort, enjoy the surroundings such as the Fort de la Bastille and Grenoble for active recovery.
Looking for a race that switches things up? The Poly Raid in Saint-Martin-d'Hères is a multi-activity city format, featuring a orienteering race, a run & bike, a canoe, and a biathlon to finish your legs burning… but with a smile!
Depending on how you feel today. You have 4 courses to choose from, from relaxed fun to true technical adventure:
Green Course 🟢 (4.75 km) Version wellbeing non-timed. Ideal for discovery, as a pair, or running “not timing but with flair.”
Blue Course 🔵 (18.1 km) Competitive and complete: CO (university) 6 km + canoe 5 km + run & bike 5.6 km + biathlon 2×750 m⚡. Perfect if you want to train pace, recovery, and effort management.pace, and how you push through and manage effort.
Red Course 🔴 (24.1 km) There, we add some spice: CO (Bastille) 6 km + Rise in total elevation + 300 m through the switchbacks (2.5 km)🔥. Ideal if you enjoy rhythm changes, route choices, and cardio that climbs as the view does.
Black Course ⚫ (30.3 km) The final boss: longer CO, biathlon 2×1.1 km and Rise in elevation 600 m through the Bastille stairs🧗. Here, strategy matters as much as legs: clean navigation, quick transitions, and a solid mindset.
And after the effort. Stay around for a proper recovery break:
• Climb to the Fort de la Bastille in Grenoble (cable car or on foot). Panoramas of the ranges… and a mandatory photo shoot! 📸
• Stroll to the city centerGrenoble. Terrace, lanes, and a quick wander through Jardin de Ville to bring the heart rate down 🌿.
• Nature break at the Laffrey lake. Lakefront, picnic, and active recovery with family! 🚶
• Weekend trip to Chambéry. Old town, castle, and Savoy vibes in under an hour 🏰.
