La Pervolia Run est une course sur route de renommée internationale qui se déroule chaque année le long de la côte sud-est de Chypre. Elle propose cinq distances soigneusement mesurées : semi-marathon (21,098 km), course compétitive de 10 km, course ludique de 5 km, sprint familial de 1 km et sprint pour enfants de 600 m. Partant de la place Demokratias à Larnaca et se terminant dans le village traditionnel de Pervolia, cet événement allie compétition sportive sérieuse et découverte culturelle. Organisée sous l'égide de la Fédération chypriote d'athlétisme, la course utilise un chronométrage électronique pour toutes les distances de compétition et les classements par tranche d'âge dans plusieurs catégories.
