Le Brno Twenty Five est une course d'endurance automnale historique, initialement fondée par TJ Sokol Brno Žabovřesky et aujourd'hui revitalisée par MARATON Brno. Idéal pour les coureurs qui se préparent à des distances plus longues, cet événement allie des décennies de tradition à une atmosphère internationale dynamique. Le parcours est pavé à 95 % (asphalte, surface pavée – battage, base en argile), les marquages sont placés tous les 5 kilomètres, le profil est plat avec un dénivelé minimal. Un tour mesure 8 300 mètres. Lors du premier tour, un vélo de tête sera présent.
