So, ready to kick off your season of running in style? ☀️ We're taking you to Stockholm, in the stunning Uppland region, for the Uppland, for the PremiärtHalvan, the event that wakes up your legs after winter ❄️. Okay, the name isn’t the easiest to pronounce, we’ll give you that… 😵💫 For this April edition, we’re offering a unique but mythical format : a semi-marathon of 21.1 km with an elevation gain of 219 mD+. It’s the perfect race to test yourself on a intense morning, before the big summer goals! ☀️ Don’t worry, your summer body is yours all year long 😌. This race takes place in a setting that blends wild nature with urban proximity 🇸🇪. With that, you’ll soak up the Swedish culture. Heja, heja ! ⚡️
The course is a true gem located on the island of Södra Djurgården, aka the green lung of the Swedish capital 🌳. Terrain-wise, you’ll mostly tread on tarmac (about 65 %
To make the party complete, the organizers rely on a team of hundreds of volunteers who take care of you 💕. They’re spread across the aid stations to provide water and energy drinks🥤. Plus, the vibe is guaranteed by musical zones and farthållare (pacers) who guide you to beat your time ⏱️. Whether you’re aiming for 1h23 or 2h21, you’ll surely find one that matches your pace! ⭐️ With nearly 6 500 runners expected, the peloton’s density promises iron motivation, from the first to the last kilometer. We don’t let go here; the collective energy will push you straight toward the finish line 🤝.
Finally, use your bib to discover Stockholm from an unusual angle 🫨. If you’re visiting with family, the Vasa Museum or the Gröna Lund amusement park are right next to the course, perfect for a post-race outing 🎡.
