Ready to swap your engineer’s suit for a multisport adventure in Maron, in the heart of Meurthe-et-Moselle, in Grand Est? Raid Mines Nancy blends MTB, trail running, and quirky challenges like canoeing, with two formats: the Long Raid (≈70 km, 1000 mD+) and the Short Raid (≈30 km, 430 mD+), to be completed in pairs. In its eighth edition, the goal is personal bests and discovering the landscapes around Nancy, up to Place Stanislas and Parc de la Pépinière.

The Raid Mines Nancy isn’t just a stroll in the park, it’s a true multisport challengethat will push your brain and calves to the limit 💪. It’s often said that in May you should do what you love, so jump into an adventure where teamwork is the guiding principle, in Maron, at the heart of Meurthe-et-Moselle. This isn’t something you get to do every day—a fully featured format in the Grand Est region 📍.
On the menu, you can choose between two main formats : the Raid Long (about 70 km and 1 000 mD+ in total) for the fearless, and the Raid Court (about 30 km and 430 mD+) for those who want to try the sport without breaking a sweat 😅. Here, we don’t just run: we combine MTB, trail, and even quirky events like canoe! 🛶 It’s a bit like your own Koh-Lanta, but without the tribal councils (well, usually). To conquer this raid, you’ll need to be accompanied by your best teammate throughout the adventure! 🤝 The route takes you through the natural beauty around Nancy, away from city hustle 😎. You’ll ride along the Moselle on two wheels 🚴, trek forest trails, and paddle the river! 💦 If you want to participate but pairing two sports back-to-back and squeezing out seconds on the clock isn’t your thing ❌, you can start the 14.8 km hike with 14,8 km and 294 mD+! 🥾 You’ll get to explore the area without the pressure of the timer 🤗.
The vibe of the 8th edition of the Raid Mines Nancy is set to be friendly and festive 🥳. Organized by the students of the École des Mines de Nancy, the event aims to promote self-transcendence through sport, as well as the scenery of the region. Between tasty provisions and a warm welcome at the finish, the experience is complete 😋.
