La Rando des Benauges is the nature rendezvous in Ladaux, Gironde, where the paths smell wonderfully of the countryside and offer panoramas that push your legs. Choose your distance from 10, 18, 28–30 or 50 km to run, sweat and smile among vineyards, woods and small roads of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. After the effort, extend the day with walks in Créon, Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, Cadillac-sur-Garonne and Bordeaux, alone or in pairs or a small group.
