The meticulously prepared program will take you through vineyards 🍇, countryside, streams (watch out—water is wet), villages and stunning private estates. Your strides will especially skirt the banks of the two rivers, the Sèvre Nantaise and the Maine as well as a large portion of the nearby great hiking trails in the area. Verdure and nature will make your glutes tougher (and yes, a bit of elevation toning it up). 💪
