Stafettmaran est une course de relais par équipe couvrant la distance d'un marathon, de Hamnplan à Simrishamn à Fritidsparken à Ystad. Le parcours est divisé en 10 étapes, avec jusqu'à 10 coureurs par équipe. Bien que les équipes complètes soient encouragées, il est possible pour les individus de terminer plusieurs étapes.
Le parcours met en valeur certaines des parties les plus pittoresques d'Österlen, offrant aux participants et aux spectateurs une expérience mémorable.
