Heading to Spain, with weather more than favorable to make this competition, especially in May! 🇪🇸 The great weather and the sun are well forecasted. Just a tip, watch out for the Spanish UV, if you’re not used to it, they can quickly leave painful marks… 🥵 Anyway, the rendezvous is set, you have an important choice to make. Either you head off alone for one of the four distances of triathlon, either you find a crazy teammate for the Half Ironman in relay 👯‍♀️. And if you don’t want to necessarily run, you choose the Aquabike. Everything is planned: by the sea, right in the city and around Castelló d’Empúries Empuriabrava, conclusion: the setting is perfect to crush everything! ⏱️

For that one, you’ll do 1,9 km of swimming and 90 km of cycling ! 🚲 No running, but miles still covered !
