Head to Roc’tail Paussac in Dordogne, where the forest invites escape and fresh air far from the noise. Choose your adventure: 11.5 km, 20 km, or team relays on 23 and 31.5 km, with a nighttime version on 11.5 km for an explorer vibe. After the effort, Brantôme and Bourdeilles promise strolling, gastronomy, and views of the valley, before extending the nature experience.

Here, you walk at the heart of the Dordogne, between wooded trails, mossy-smelling paths and gentle climbs that bring a smile (or a groan, but kindly). Roc or not, you’ll quickly understand why we come back: it’s wild, it’s beautiful, and it puts your head in full outdoors mode 🥾.
You choose your adventure: 11.5 km to treat yourself without burning out, 20 km to gently challenge yourself, or the formats relay teams over 23 km and 31.5 km to turn effort into real moments of connection (and jokes at the aid station). And if you love glowing vibes, there’s also a night edition of 11.5 km: the forest wears a different face, and you feel like an explorer… ! 🔦
After finishing, swing by Brantôme, the “Venice of the Périgord,” perfect for a riverside stroll and a tasty break. Also drop by Bourdeilles and its castle, which guards the valley like a stone sentinel 🏰.
If you want to extend your day softly, head to La Grotte de Villars for a fresh and magical visit, or go higher up to Nontron to stroll through the lanes and settle on a terrace. And whether you’re with a partner or family, a little Brantôme detour (stroll, photo, hot chocolate) finishes the day with memories that’ll fill your calves… ☕.
