Si tu aimes quand la forêt te fait oublier le bruit du monde, le Roc'trail à Paussac est pile ton terrain de jeu 🌲.
Ici, tu marches au cœur de la Dordogne, entre chemins boisés, passages qui sentent la mousse et petites bosses qui font sourire (ou râler, mais gentiment). Roc ou pas, tu vas vite comprendre pourquoi on revient : c’est sauvage, c’est beau, et ça te met la tête en mode “grand air” 🥾.
Tu choisis ton aventure : 11,5 km pour te faire plaisir sans te cramer, 20 km pour te challenger tranquille, ou les formats relais en équipe sur 23 km et 31,5 km pour transformer l’effort en vrai moment de complicité (et de vannes au ravito). Et si tu aimes les ambiances qui brillent, il y a aussi une version nocturne sur 11,5 km : la forêt change de visage, et toi tu te prends pour un explorateur… ! 🔦
Après l’arrivée, fais un crochet par Brantôme, la “Venise du Périgord”, parfaite pour une balade au bord de l’eau et une pause gourmande. Passe aussi voir Bourdeilles et son château, qui domine la vallée comme un gardien de pierre 🏰.
Si tu veux prolonger en douceur, file jusqu’à La Grotte de Villars pour une visite fraîche et magique, ou va prendre de la hauteur à Nontron pour te balader dans les ruelles et te poser en terrasse. Et en couple ou en famille, un petit tour à Brantôme (balade, photo, chocolat chaud) et tu finis la journée avec des souvenirs plein les mollets… ☕.
