Rocanto'trail est une course incroyable qui se déroule dans le beau village de Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher, en Indre-et-Loire, en plein cœur du Centre-Val de Loire 😍. C'est bien plus qu'une simple course, c'est une expérience unique en pleine nature, sur des parcours variés de 7 km, 14 km et 21 km 👟.
Que tu sois un coureur expérimenté ou un débutant, cette compétition a quelque chose pour toi. En effet, elle propose aussi des parcours pour les enfants et les juniors. Alors, n'hésite pas à embarquer toute la famille pour une journée sportive et amusante ! 🏃♂️

Et si tu as envie de continuer à profiter de la nature, tu pourras te rendre à la réserve naturelle de Saint-Mesmin qui se trouve à 1h en voiture. Une balade à pied ou en vélo te permettra d'apprécier la faune et la flore de cette magnifique réserve 🦌.
Et bien sûr, n'oublie pas de faire un détour par le célèbre château de Chenonceau, surnommé le château des Dames, à seulement 1h de voiture. Un véritable bijou de la Renaissance française 🏰.
