Hey coureur, enfile tes baskets et prépare toi pour une aventure inoubliable lors de la Rock n'Trail à Muneville-le-Bingard en France ! 🏃♂️
Tu connais la Normandie? Non, je ne parle pas des vikings ou du débarquement mais de notre super événement ! Un trail 24h pour ceux avec des jambes d'acier, un parcours de marche 7.6km pour les plus tranquilles ou pour les petits bouts qui veulent soutenir une cause caritative et un parcours trail 20km pour ceux qui veulent relever un défi ! 🏞️
Et ce n'est pas tout ! Le cadre naturel idyllique s’agrémente d’une pointe de rock'n'roll. Un mélange détonnant pour un défi sportif hors des sentiers battus ! En plus, nous avons des parcours pour les enfants et les juniors, ils pourront donc courir à tes côtés lors de cette aventure ! 🤘
Après l'effort, le réconfort ! La région regorge de merveilles à découvrir. À moins d'une heure de voiture, pourquoi ne pas visiter les célèbres plages du débarquement ou la ville historique de Bayeux avec sa tapisserie médiévale ? 🏰
À la recherche d'une expérience culinaire? Fais un détour par Granville, déguste les huîtres de la baie du Mont Saint-Michel et admire le majestueux Rocher de Tombelaine. Et pourquoi ne pas terminer la journée en famille au zoo de Champrepus ? 🦁
