L’épreuve, organisée à VECQUEMONT (80) le DIMANCHE 6 SEPTEMBRE 2026 , convivial et accessible à tous le RUN & BIKE La Vecquemontoise est ouvert à toute personne licenciée ou non, âgée de 10 ans et plus. L'épreuve se déroule par équipe de deux concurrents avec un seul vélo (l’un court pendant que l’autre pédale) sur des parcours de 11,5 km (une boucle) ou 22 km (deux boucles de 11,2 kilomètres) sur un circuit tout terrain avec 70% de chemins (VTT recommandé) et 30% de routes. Les coureurs s’élanceront en premier avec 2 minutes d’avance et seront rejoints par les vététistes pour effectuer ensemble le parcours défini. C’est une course où les équipiers restent groupés, le vélo servant de témoin pour un passage de la main à la main avec prise de relais de durée libre. Les équipiers doivent passer ensemble la ligne d’arrivée. Départ 22 kilomètres : 9 h 00 Départ 11 kilomètres : 9 h 30 Un autre parcours gratuit « initiation » d’une boucle de 1,5 kms dans le centre de la commune, essentiellement sur bitume est ouvert à tout public, le départ sera donné à 9 h 30 . Un lot sera remis aux 50 premières équipes inscrites (hors initiation).
