Whether you choose the 6 km or the 10 km, you’ll be at the heart of the magnificent City of Light, powered by the energy of its lively streets. Every year, the Sine Qua Non Run brings together more than Paris and over 10 000 participants around a clear message: defending the right of women to do sport wherever they want, whenever they want and in whatever gear they want 🚺. But the Sine Qua Non Run is much more than a simple collective run 💪. It’s participation in a committed, determined, and deeply optimistic movement 🥰. A movement that refuses to let fear or sexist and sexual violence dictate the place of women in public space ⛲️.

Because equality isn’t built in a single place or on a single starting line, the ambassadors of the association organize, all across France on the fringes of the Sine Qua Non Run, community runs that allow everyone to join the momentum 👯. Running together women and men, in their city, within a visible and supportive collective, helps create a virtuous circle: more women in public space, more confidence, more legitimacy 🫶.
