La Sine Qua Non Run Arles invites you to lace up for spectacular urban routes, on 6 km in the heart of the city. Every year, the event brings together in Paris more than 10 000 participants around the right of women to play sports where they want, when they want, and in the outfit they want. More than a collective run, it is a committed movement for equality and a strengthened presence of women in the public space, driven by a collective dynamic.
The Sine Qua Non Run Arles invites you to chain your strides along its spectacular urban courses! You will run 6 km through the heart of this magnificent city, propelled by the energy of its lively streets. Each year, the Sine Qua Non Run brings together more than Paris over 10 000 participants around a clear message: defending the right of women to sport wherever, whenever and in the gear they want 🚺. But the Sine Qua Non Run is much more than a group run 💪. It’s participation in a committed, determined and deeply optimistic movement 🥰. A movement that rejects that fear or gender-based violence dictate women’s place in public space ⛲️.
Because equality is built not in a single place and not on a single starting line, ambassadors of the association organize, across France on the fringes of the Sine Qua Non Run, group runs that allow everyone to join the momentum 👯. Running together women and men, in one's city, within a visible and solidarity-filled group, helps create a virtuous circle: more women in public spaces, more confidence, more legitimacy 🫶.
Participating in one of these group runs, means fully joining the movement 🏅. Registrants will receive their official T-shirt as well as their finisher medal, symbols of a shared commitment at the national level 🇫🇷. All the kilometers run across France should accompany a strong, shared ambition: to make sport a driver of equality and help build a more respectful society, where inclusion is a strength for everyone 🔗.
