Un plateau de haut niveau Présence des athlètes du Collectif Ligérien du Squad Athletic (en collaboration) sur le semi-marathon. Objectif 1h05'30 chez les Hommes et 1h15'00 chez les femmes Présence exceptionnelle de Simon Bédard sur le 10 km Sélections en équipe de France, Champion du Monde Universitaire, Champion d’Europe par équipe, 13’15 sur 5000 m, 27’49 sur 10 000 . Objectif - de 29 mn Bref… ça va courir vite à Varades !! 3 courses qualificatives aux Championnats de France Semi-marathon 900 places dont 300 minimum réservées aux licenciés FFA 10 km 600 places dont 250 minimum réservées aux licenciés FFA 5 km 300 places dont 150 minimum réservées aux licenciés FFA ⏳ Les inscriptions ouvrent en même temps pour tout le monde le 1er mars à 08h00. ➡️ Lorsque la jauge “grand public” sera atteinte, seuls les athlètes FFA pourront s’inscrire jusqu’au 1er septembre. ➡️ Si au 1er septembre il reste des places, nous rouvrirons les dernières inscriptions à tout le monde. Objectif chrono ? Record du semi : 1h08’23 (H) / 1h15’35 (F) Record du 10 km : 30’05 (H) / 34’58 (F) Record du 5 km : 14’46 (H) / 17’20 (F) Les records vont-ils tomber en 2026 ? Programme des courses à obstacles pour les enfants : 10H45 : Echauffement commun pour tous 11H00 : Départ course des Baby Athlé (3-5 ans) avec un adulte à courir avec eux (1 BOUCLE de 400 m) 11H10 : Départ course Eveils Athlé (6-8 ans) (2 BOUCLES de 400 m) 11H20 : Départ course Poussins (9-10 ans) (3 BOUCLES de 400 m) 11H35 : Départ course Benjamins (11-12 ans) (4 BOUCLES de400 m)
