Run’insa orange, c’est ton rendez-vous festif à Rennes où tu viens courir en équipe… et repartir avec le sourire, pas juste des kilomètres dans les jambes 😄.
Le terrain de jeu : le campus INSA Rennes, en mode ville, ambiance animée, et un circuit d’1 km qui te ramène souvent au cœur de l’action, pile là où ça encourage et où ça chambr(e) gentiment 😉.
Le concept est simple et ultra motivant : tu formes une équipe de 2 à 6, tu te relaies pendant 2 heures, et tu joues collectif du début à la fin. Ici, pas besoin de se prendre la tête : tu gères ton effort, tu profites des moments où tu encourages, et tu reviens sur la boucle quand tu te sens prêt, comme une petite marée rennaise qui revient toujours au rivage 🌊.
Ce qui est bien à Rennes, c’est que tu peux transformer la course en vraie virée : après l’arrivée, va te balader dans le Parc du Thabor pour décompresser au vert 🌿. Puis direction le centre historique et ses maisons à colombages (place des Lices et alentours) pour la carte postale en vrai. Si tu veux prolonger, passe par les Champs Libres ou pose-toi sur la Place Sainte-Anne pour une terrasse bien méritée.
Et si tu viens en duo ou en famille, c’est encore mieux : petite promenade au Thabor, goûter en ville, et tu termines la journée avec l’impression d’avoir fait une course… et un mini voyage en Bretagne 🧡.
