Prépare-toi pour une bonne dose d'adrénaline à Cracovie: ce n'est pas simplement courir, mais mener un véritable combat contre soi-même. Choisis Intro: 3 km et 15 obstacles ou le Recruit: 6 km et 30 défis; tu franchiras le feu, ramperas dans la boue et escaladeras de hauts murs, porté par la solidarité des autres participants. Après l'effort, découvre Zakrzówek, les Maldives polonaises, le Monument Kościuszko et l'Abbaye bénédictine de Tyniec surplombant la Vistule.

Selon ta forme physique, opte pour la distance Intro 3 km et 15 obstacles ou lance-toi dans le grand classique : le Recruit, avec ses 6 km et ses 30 défis 🚧. Tu sauteras à travers le feu, ramperas dans la boue et escaladeras de hauts murs, le tout porté par l'incroyable solidarité des autres participants 🤝.
Après un effort aussi intense, Cracovie regorge d'endroits parfaits pour te détendre et faire retomber la pression du parcours 🌊. Ne manque surtout pas Zakrzówek, les « Maldives polonaises », où l'eau turquoise et les falaises calcaires créent un décor paradisiaque 🏝️. En couple ou en famille, grimpe jusqu'au Monument Kościuszko pour admirer le plus beau panorama sur la ville 🔭. Enfin si l'envie d'une petite excursion te prend, moins d'une heure te suffira pour rejoindre le village de Tyniec et y découvrir l'Abbaye bénédictine surplombant la Vistule ⛪.
