La course annuelle Running of the Lights invite les participants à découvrir le parc Winding Brook à travers un parcours festif, agrémenté d'illuminations de Noël créées par les habitants de la région. Les coureurs de tous niveaux peuvent y participer, l'accent étant mis sur l'engagement communautaire et la charité, dans le but de collecter des fonds pour des causes locales. Les participants sont encouragés à faire un don et à apporter un ours en peluche pour les enfants dans le besoin. Des lumières de sécurité seront fournies pour améliorer la visibilité, et le port de tenues festives est encouragé afin de renforcer l'atmosphère joyeuse de l'événement.
