About this event

In Noyarey (Isère), Runrise debuts in 2026: a 5 km running race starting at 8:00, with bib pickup at 6:45 and a connected helmet delivering an exclusive DJ set for all participants. After the effort, breakfast awaits and a friendly wellness experience, with Pilates and a photobooth to capture the moment. A morning paced by music, festivities, and a playful and motivating atmosphere.

Attention all lovers of running, of original concepts, playful experiences and action-packed weekends, we have a gem to suggest 🧐. In Isère, in Noyarey, for the first time in 2026 one of the most festive events on the circuit: the Runrise 🎺. Music, festivities and breakfast, here’s the full scoop ⬇️.

If the concept of the Runrise speaks to you, you should know that the hardest part is waking up, but once you’re up there are no regrets 🤪. And yes, the start is at 8h in the early morning, to kick off the day with plenty of adrenaline 🛞. And packet pickup? At 6h45 of course! Yes, yes, we advise not partying too hard the night before, because you’ll need some juice to enjoy the packed program the organizers have in store 🥵. It’s a 5 km running race that fires things up. Tarmac, road, and a legendary distance of 5 000 m of smooth momentum to warm up properly. But you’ll likely wonder, is there a twist? The race is run with a headset on the ears, connected to those of all participants, where an exclusive DJ set will be streamed 🤩. In short, it’s a bit like David Guetta paying you a morning visit before breakfast, pretty cool right? 🥐 Also, once the effort is over, a real feast awaits: pastries, coffee and fruit juice, you’ll be better here than in bed. Were you already planning to head back out? ❌ Not at all : Runrise is a true experience of well-being and conviviality. The next activity will require flexibility and patience: a Pilates class right after the run 😅. Perfect for working the muscles deeply and getting you started in a new discipline 🧘. Fair warning, it’s more physical than it looks 😉. Finally, when you’re winded and proud of your half-day, head to the photo booth to print a lasting memory 🎞️. With that and your personal vibe, we’re sure you’ll be able to motivate your whole crew next year to come and blow off steam (and rise at dawn 😬).

Now that you’re up, we’ll find stuff to do for the rest of the day! Don’t waste all that motivation 💨. If you still have an appetite, head to a typical regional restaurant: Grenoble walnuts as a starter, gratin dauphinois for the main and Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage for dessert 🧀, the little room left by morning pastries will be quickly filled 😳. But if motivation, commitment and nutrition matter from the start of this day, you should not neglect digestion 😎. To do this, you can push as far as Cuves de Sassenage, where the underground river emerges from the cliff, or climb to the Fort Boyard Fort du Saint-Eynard to count the surrounding peaks. A bit further, you’ll find Grenoble and its mythical Bastille télépherique (which will drop you exactly at the spot where your legs refuse to climb 😂). If you want to enjoy the city’s dish and the waterfront, the quays of l’Isère offer a dream calm return ☺️. Of course, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes still hides many surprises, but that can wait for another weekend (or another trail 👀).

By October, we’re counting on you: rest up… and especially study the lyrics of the current hit: "last night morning a DJ saved my life !"
