La São Silvestre Gondomar Tranquilidade est une course nocturne qui existe depuis presque 100 ans, inspirée par les légendaires événements de São Silvestre où les coureurs illuminaient les rues avec des torches à la main. Cette course festive est devenue une célébration sympa du sport à Gondomar. Le parcours commence et finit à la mairie de Gondomar, et emmène les coureurs devant certains des sites les plus emblématiques de la ville. Les participants peuvent choisir entre une course compétitive de 10 km ou une marche tranquille de 4 km, ce qui rend l'événement accessible à tous les niveaux de forme physique. L'un des moments forts de la nuit est la procession aux flambeaux, où les coureurs illuminent les rues de la ville, créant une expérience visuelle envoûtante.
