Yes, in Magaluf, we usually go for a sun-kissed break, we’ll admit 🙂‍↔️. But today we’re inviting you to join us to participate in the best Mallorca half marathon. Vamos ! 🇪🇸 A race in Spain, under the sun, on an island, by the sea… What more could you want to be convinced? 🙃 The Semi-Marathon of Magaluf is gearing up for a new edition in April! With that you’re sure to have 1) great weather ☀️ and 2) a desire to stay 😌. Alright, let’s refocus. Here’s what we’re proposing: 21 km at the heart of this seaside town or a 10 km, close to the sea 🌊. For this year, organizers promise to create an epic party vibe on the course 🎊. DJs, music, batucada… 🥁 All to keep the pace between your strides.

As you’ve guessed, you have a choice between two distances: 10 km and 21 km ⚡️. Naturally, given the event name, the flagship race is the half marathon! ⭐️ For that one you’ll get: streets, squares, fields, sand, and the seafront… 🏖️ A load of landscapes for sure! And don’t panic about elevation—total ascent is 34 mD+ 📈. You’ll have plenty of room to sprint to a great PB ! ⏱️ If not, we’ll keep it realistic and you can go for the 10 km. Naturally, a bit fewer panoramic views 🏞️, this time you’ll mostly be in the downtown area 🏙️. Almost there, because we’ve promised you the sea will also be by your side to tease you 🤪. And not to envy the little elevation that the half has, because here there’s even less! 🤓 0,9 mD+, not even 1 m 😳, which should be enough to smash your usual time! 😎 Even if you’re not chasing a record, that little elevation is a bonus, you’ll fully enjoy every kilometer! 🥳

Sure, you’ll be running, but even the organizer knows, in Spain what we love is to enjoy and have fun 🤭. So yes, you’ll have a bib and a race to do. But stay tuned, they’ve also planned a week plan for you! 📆 Since holidays and leisure are the flagship activities of this destination, it’s only fitting to enjoy. The Pasta Party is important for them 🍝, so with your registration, you’ll get a €8 voucher for your dish 💰, if you dine at one of their predefined lists restaurants ! 📋 Then, on the eve of your challenge, you can head to the kids’ race organized 👦. A tip: look closely, as the successor to Eliud Kipchoge will be in it! ⚡️ Finally, of course Saturday will be animated by your race, but also the award ceremony. 🏆
