Partez à Nancy pour un semi-marathon de 21,1 km, une boucle qui démarre et se termine sur le boulevard d’Austrasie et traverse les villes autour de Nancy — Jarville-la-Malgrange, Heillecourt, Fléville-devant-Nancy, Laneuveville-devant-Nancy, Tomblaine, Saint-Max et Essey-lès-Nancy — tout en enjambant la Meuse et le canal de la Marne au Rhin. Tu longe aussi l’aéroport Grand-Nancy-Tomblaine et l’ambiance Meurthe-et-Moselle s’annonce intense en ce début mars. Après l’effort, découvre la région et son patrimoine avec la place Stanislas, la basilique Saint-Epvre et la porte de la Craffe, puis savoure la gastronomie mosellane (pâté lorrain, mirabelle, bergamote et macaron de Nancy).

Au programme : Jarville-la-Malgrange, Heillecourt, Fléville-devant-Nancy, Laneuveville-devant-Nancy, Tomblaine, Saint-Max et Essey-lès-Nancy. Tu vas également enjamber la Meuse ainsi que le canal de la Marne au Rhin. Tu longeras aussi l’aéroport Grand-Nancy-Tomblaine : Réunion, Tahiti, Mayotte, Guyane, il va falloir finir ta course avant de penser vacances. Si avec ça, tu ne te sens pas pousser des ailes… ✈️
Pour l’après-course, l’ancienne capitale du duché de Lorraine s’ouvre à toi, avec la célèbre place Stanislas, idéale pour un échauffement dynamique, la basilique Saint-Epvre et la porte de la Craffe. On te recommande le musée de l’École de Nancy pour découvrir le patrimoine culturel de la ville, qui va souvent de pair avec son architecture qui mêle Moyen-Âge et Renaissance. Tout un programme en Meurthe-et-Moselle !
Et pour la gastronomie mosellane, le pâté lorrain, le baba au rhum, la mirabelle, la bergamote et le macaron de Nancy composeront ton menu pour récompenser tes efforts. Il y a de quoi se régaler ! 😋
