Sofialoppet est une course conviviale organisée en mémoire de Sofia Lindkvist, dont toutes les inscriptions soutiennent la recherche contre le cancer. L'événement commence et se termine au Folkparken à Norrköping et accueille des participants de tous âges et de tous niveaux pour courir, faire du jogging, marcher ou se promener. Les familles, les amis et les groupes sont encouragés à s'inscrire ensemble. Au fil des ans, cet événement a permis de collecter des fonds importants pour le Fonds suédois contre le cancer chez les enfants et le Fonds contre le cancer. Le parcours est une boucle panoramique qui passe par le pont Femmöresbron, offrant une expérience accessible et agréable à tous les participants.
