Le South Nyack Ten Miler suit un parcours pittoresque depuis Franklin Street Park, longeant l'Hudson River jusqu'à Piermont, puis revenant au point de départ. Les bénéfices sont reversés aux premiers secours locaux, à des programmes alimentaires et à un fonds de bourses d'études. Les membres du Rockland Road Runner Club bénéficient d'une réduction et tous les participants peuvent obtenir un remboursement en parrainant des amis. Des récompenses sont remises aux meilleurs coureurs et à chaque tranche d'âge. Une option de course virtuelle est disponible et une course ludique pour les enfants précède l'événement principal. Les festivités d'après-course comprennent une after-party avec des rafraîchissements, et les coureurs sont encouragés à visiter la Nyack Street Fair toute proche.
