Organisé sur le plus long sentier polyvalent de Pennsylvanie, le St. Luke's D&L RaceFest célèbre l'endurance et la communauté sur le sentier historique Delaware & Lehigh Trail. La course comprend un marathon et un semi-marathon, avec des parcours pittoresques reliant les villes animées de la vallée de Lehigh : Allentown, Bethlehem et Easton.
