A training course in aikido especially designed for young people

Ce A training course in Aikido at Clouange invite les enfants et les adolescents à découvrir une discipline fondée sur le mouvement, l’attention, le respect du partenaire et la recherche d’une réponse adaptée à chaque situation.

Aikido is practiced without competition. In particular, it is based on learning movements, coordinated gestures and techniques with a partner. In a session for young people, these principles can be addressed in a progressive, lively and accessible way.

L’événement s’adresse à un large groupe d’âge, des enfants de Four years old jusqu’aux adolescents de 14 years old. Le contenu proposé pourra ainsi faire découvrir différents aspects de l’aïkido dans un environnement collectif, sous la conduite de I'm going to go with Muriel Roullet et I'm going to go with you.

Discover Aikido from the age of four

L’Wake up Aikido. I'm going to go constitue une première approche de la discipline adaptée aux plus jeunes. Il permet de se familiariser avec le dojo, les règles de pratique, les déplacements et la relation avec les autres participants.

This initiative may contribute to the development of:

• consciousness of the body and of space;

• coordination of movements;

• balance and mobility;

• Listening to instructions;

• compliance with the rules and the group;

The aim is not to place children in a confrontation or performance mode, but to enable them to explore the principles of aikido through age-appropriate pedagogy.

An introduction to aikido for children and teenagers

Pour les enfants plus âgés et les adolescents, ce stage est également l’occasion de découvrir ou d’approfondir les bases de l’Aikido is young.

A Japanese martial art, Aikido emphasizes movement control, gesture control, relationship to partner and dynamic use of energy in an attack. It promotes concentration, punctuality and mutual respect.

Thanks to its open format, this session will also be able to welcome:

• children who want to try aikido;

• young trainees who have already been dismissed;

• teenagers curious to discover a martial art without competition;

La participation au stage est Completely free. Cette gratuité permet aux familles de Clouange et des communes voisines de découvrir l’aïkido dans un cadre accessible, sans condition de niveau annoncée.
