Asker Judoklubb inviterer dere til Østlandscup 18. oktober Søndag 18.10: Konkurranse for U9, U11, U13, U15, U18 og Para.
For barnekonkurransen (U9-U13) så gjelder NIF og NJF sine Barneidrettsbestemmelser. Se begrensninger her (judo.no)
NJF REGIONSCUP Østlandscup er en del av NJF sin nasjonale regionscup. Her kan du samle poeng i aldersklassen U11, U13, U15 og U18.

ALDERSGRUPPER - FORKLARING: U9 = til og med det året utøver fyller 8 år U11 = til og med det året utøver fyller 10 år U13 = til og med det året utøver fyller 12 år U15 = til og med det året utøver fyller 14 år U18 = til og med det året utøver fyller 17 år Para = Utøver med funksjonsnedsettelse
DELTA I FLERE ALDERSGRUPPER U13 kan delta i U15. U15 kan delta i U18 det året de fyller 14. Minimum 3.KYU.
Er det for få utøvere i U18 til å lage egen klasse, så vil aktuelle klasser bli slått sammen med U15. Klassen blir da gjennomført med U15 regler.
DELTAKERAVGIFT U9-U13: 250 NOK Para: 250 NOK U15-U18: 350 NOK Ekstra aldersgruppe: 150 NOK rabatt pr deltaker. Priser vil øke ved sen påmelding.
BELTEKRAV Minimum GULT belte i alle aldersgrupper.
JUDOGI U9-U15: Kun hvit judogi. U18: Det er lov å bruke blå judogi, men ikke påbudt.
