Explore ensuite Casco Bay et le Vieux Port avant de décrocher ton dossard.

Direction l'État du Maine, sur le littoral spectaculaire de Cape Elizabeth aux États-Unis 🇺🇸. Au programme de cette grande fête sportive, on retrouve une épreuve unique qui rassemble les passionnés de course à pied.
Le profil du terrain serpente le long de la côte atlantique avec des relances constantes pour tester ton endurance. Ton effort prend une dimension historique en ralliant le sublime parc de Fort Williams avec ses vastes espaces verts plongeant dans l'océan 🌲. Les foulées s'enchaînent avec émerveillement jusqu'à l'arrivée jugée au pied du légendaire Portland Head Light. George Washington en personne avait ordonné la construction de ce phare mythique, devenu aujourd'hui l'édifice le plus photographié de toute l'Amérique du Nord 📸.
L'esprit de Joan Benoit Samuelson, première championne olympique de marathon de l'histoire et fondatrice de l'événement, plane sur chaque centimètre du bitume 🥇. Sur le bord de la route, compte sur une ferveur incroyable des habitants pour te porter depuis les abords de Crescent Beach jusqu'à la ligne finale.
Prends ensuite le volant pour explorer les superbes environs de la région à moins d'une heure de route. Embarque ta famille pour une croisière inoubliable vers les îles de Casco Bay au départ du port animé de Portland ⛴️.
