Le Malnad Ultra est une course de trail exigeante qui se déroule dans les Ghâts occidentaux, dans le sud de l'Inde, et propose des distances de 50 km, 80 km et 110 km. Certifié par l'International Trail Running Association et servant de qualification pour l'UTMB®, cet événement met les participants au défi avec un terrain accidenté, des forêts denses et des collines vallonnées. Le parcours serpente à travers sept plantations de café historiques, dont certaines datent de plus de 150 ans, tout en offrant une vue imprenable sur le réservoir de Bhadra et la réserve naturelle de Bhadra. Entièrement géré par des bénévoles et à but non lucratif, le Malnad Ultra est autant axé sur la communauté et la conservation que sur l'endurance, offrant aux coureurs une occasion unique de découvrir l'un des paysages naturels les plus enchanteurs de l'Inde.
