Le Rock Ultra 100 km est un défi à couper le souffle qui se déroule dans le paysage granitique spectaculaire de la montagne de Paarl, conçu pour plonger les coureurs dans un monde de sérénité et d'endurance sur des sentiers monotraces. Au départ du Ridgeback Race Village, le parcours serpente à travers des sentiers de renommée mondiale, gravit l'emblématique Paarl Rock et fait une boucle à travers les vignobles, les pentes boisées et les crêtes montagneuses. Le terrain est varié et exigeant, avec des montées raides, des descentes fluides et des tronçons pittoresques qui te feront oublier que tu parcoures 100 kilomètres. Avec de nombreux points de vue pour les spectateurs, notamment Spice Route, Laborie et Rhebokskloof, et des points de ravitaillement bien approvisionnés, cette course offre un équilibre entre la solitude du sentier et le soutien énergique des spectateurs.
