Titan Desert

Heading to Morocco, from the foothills of the Atlas to the edge of the Sahara desert 🇲🇦. The program invites you to an absolute ultra-endurance myth: the legendary Škoda Titan Desert Morocco. This stage race is extraordinary: about 600 kilometers to cover in 6 exhausting days, with stages often surpassing 100 km. Your body will have to acclimate to temperatures flirting with 40 degrees, tackle gigantic dry wadis, and fight through the daunting sandy stretches to hope for the precious rock trophy (the famous fossil) of the finisher! 🧭

The path of sand, dust, and golden dunes thrusts you into a setting worthy of the greatest exploration tales. Your effort will carry you through majestic desert plains, past green palm groves amid mirages, and vast canyons of red rock. Immersion becomes total (and sometimes brutal) as you step off your bike to push your machine up dizzying dunes, relying only on your GPS and instinct to find the shortest course. You’ll feel the vertigo of being tiny before the desert’s immensity, propelled by a primal survival instinct 🐪.

Adrenaline saturates the dry air at sunrise at the camp, drawing hundreds of Titans together. Forget the sterile comfort of coastal hotels; here the spirit of the challenge resides in the giant bivouac made up of haimas (traditional Berber tents) where you sleep on the ground. The solidarity among riders is vital in the face of a failing machine or a lack of water, and a sense of absolute communion welcomes you under the final arch, where fatigue’s tears mingle with desert dust 🏅.

Keep one last spark of energy to honor the wonderful Moroccan hospitality once your bike (and lungs) are freed of their kilos of sand.
