In the new town of Northstowe, discover a hilly, green half-marathon on a 21.097 km loop in the heart of the English countryside. The event, scheduled in April, passes through parks, bodies of water, and sports facilities, with controlled carbon emissions and proceeds donated to Tom's Trust. A small family-friendly option: Tom's Trust 5K from age 11 to run with family.

Welcome to Northstowe, a nature-forward town! 🐝 This brand-new community in England, just 30 minutes from Cambridge, will host your next April half-marathon: the Northstowe Half Marathon. No buildings on the horizon as you run among recently built homes 🏘️, parks and water bodies! 🌳 A small countryside race with the charm of a big one: its half-marathon is tuned to help you set a new personal best! 🤯
As you’ve gathered, it’s a half-marathon waiting for you, a loop of 21,097 km at the heart of WaterParks 💦. Low carbon emissions 😮💨, sporting facilities 🎾 and plenty of green spaces, to race toward victory in the best conditions! 😎 Take deep breaths, you won’t find purer countryside air 💨. If that doesn’t beat your old PR, we don’t get it ⏱️. No need to come for performance to enjoy the event! The neighborhood will be out cheering you on, whatever your time 👏. You can even join with your whole crew by starting the "5 km Tom's Trust" 😉, a race open to anyone from 11 years.
Running at Northstowe 🏃➡️, you’ll do good by others too! All proceeds will go to the charity Tom's Trust, the leading British charity 🇬🇧 that provides psychological support for children with brain tumors and their families 🧑🧑🧒🧒.
After crossing the finish line 🏁 and enjoying the on-site festivities 🎉, take a stroll around the Cambridgeshire area. The nearby towns 🏘️, like Longstanton, have kept their authenticity and history. If you prefer the city, visit Cambridge 📍, just a 30-minute drive away, and explore the university and the museums 🖼️. You can even take a boat trip on the River Cam while enjoying a Fish & Chips ! 🐠
