Le Défi de l'Olympe, c'est un parcours de 3,5 km entre la station de Brides-les-Bains et Méribel les Allues, au cœur de la Savoie. Dit comme ça, rien d'impressionnant non ? 🤔 Et si on rajoute un dénivelé positif de 520 m ? Et que le but est de grimper cette distance le plus de fois possible en 6 heures top chrono ⏱ ? Et oui, on t'avait prévenu !
Et parce qu'on sait que tes mollets chauffent déjà 🔥, sache que la descente après chaque ascension se fait grâce aux remontées mécaniques : 7 petites minutes pour souffler, le rêve non 😍 ? Et si tu optes pour la course en duo, tu pourras recharger tes batteries le temps que ton compère gravisse les 3,5 km 🔋.
Si ce dernier format est encore trop extrême pour toi, tu pourras opter pour une montée sèche. Autrement dit, tu grimpes une fois, et basta !
