At the Trail de Bize-Minervois, you come for a real breath of fresh air in the Aude and leave with image-filled memories (and a bit of dust on your shoes). The scenery is wild Occitanie: forest sections and more mountainous corners, a nature that didn’t sign up to be decorative. The 17 km format offers a great adventure while staying compact enough to enjoy the post-race, then extend the trip to Carcassonne or Narbonne.

The scenery is wild Occitanie at its best: stretches through a forestand spots more mountainand that sensation of running amid a nature that hasn’t signed up to be decorative 🏔️.
The distance format is 17 km, just enough to treat you to a proper adventure: long enough to offer a great journey, short enough to leave you with gas for after the race… because here, we don’t just “trace,” we savor 🍷.
