Si tu veux un trail qui mélange nature et petits passages en ville, le Trail de la Mignonne à Saint-Urbain, c’est pile le bon plan, et je te promets que tu vas vite comprendre pourquoi la Mignonne porte si bien son nom 🏞️.
Ici, en Finistère, tu cours dans une Bretagne authentique : chemins qui sentent bon la campagne, coins ombragés, et cette ambiance locale qui te pousse quand les jambes commencent à discuter 🙌.
Tu choisis ton format selon ton envie du jour : 7,5 km pour te faire plaisir sans te faire mal, 14 km pour le parfait équilibre, ou 28 km si tu veux vraiment “mignonner” avec le dénivelé… enfin, plutôt le dompter 😉.
