Set off on the Monteils Trail assault in this village in Aveyron, Occitania, at the heart of a landscape of limestone plateaus and lush valleys. Two distances are available: 10 km (400 mD+) and 20 km (800 mD+), with a hiking option on the 10 km to enjoy the scenery at your own pace. A family-friendly and friendly atmosphere guaranteed, between a warm village and generous aid stations, in spring.

This charming village is tucked in the heart of Aveyronin the Occitanie regionwhere green valleys meet the wild causses ⛰️. In May, nature is at its peak, temperatures are ideal, and your legs are itching to take off 🕺. In short, all the conditions are right for a big day of (Mon)trail 🏃♂️.
On the program: 2 distances 👯♀️. The 10 km and its 400 mD+ is enjoyable, perfect to keep a steady pace without going all-out 🚦. The 20 km and its 800 mD+, on the other hand, is for runners who love a climb, a push, and legs heating up just right. This course stays rolling, so you can sign up for a first 20 miles 👶. And for those who prefer to look around rather than race the clock, the 10 km is doable as a hiking mode, letting you fully enjoy the scenery at your own pace 🥁. No matter which trail you choose to conquer, the vibe is guaranteed! 💥 Family and friendly, this trail attracts kids and adults 🧑🧑🧒🧒. Why? Well, while mom will crush her 10 km record, kids will race 800 meters, of course! 🐣
From the very first kilometers, the adventure takes you between Causse and Ségala (nothing to do with HélèneSégara, it's a natural region 🌱), two emblematic areas of the Aveyron 📍. You’ll move through the valley of the Aveyronbetween forest paths, rolling trails, and open panoramas over a still pristine countryside 🌾. Monteils, a village of about a hundred inhabitants 🐮. Here, everyone knows each other, everyone cheers, and the atmosphere is as warm as the generous aid stations 🫂.
