Si tu veux un trail qui mêle nature, ambiance et un vrai esprit de village, le Trail de Saint Antoine à Bois coche toutes les cases 🥾.
Ici, tu cours en Charente-Maritime, avec ce petit air de Nouvelle-Aquitaine qui donne envie d’en faire un week-end, pas juste une sortie sportive 🌿.
Tu choisis ton terrain de jeu : 10 km pour te faire plaisir sans te cramer, 15 km pour trouver le bon équilibre, ou 18 km si tu veux te régaler plus longtemps… et rentrer avec des histoires à raconter ! 😅
Le truc que j’aime à Bois, c’est le mélange en ville + festif : tu alternes passages animés et coins plus calmes, et tu sens que tout le monde est là pour partager, encourager, et finir avec le sourire (même si tes jambes négocient) 🎉.
Et après l’effort, reste dans le coin du départ et fais-toi une mini-boucle plaisir du côté de Jonzac pour te balader, des Antilles de Jonzac si tu veux te détendre, un détour par Pons et son donjon pour la touche médiévale, ou une balade vers Saintes pour profiter des jolies pierres et d’une terrasse bien méritée 🍹.
Tu viens pour une course, tu repars avec une escapade : à Bois, on ne fait pas que courir… on boit l’ambiance (promis, sans mauvais jeu de mots… ou presque) 😉.
