Si tu veux te faire plaisir en pleine nature, le Trail des Couserans à Saint-Girons, c’est le bon plan : ici, la forêt te sert de décor, et toi tu fais le show, version grand air 🌲.
Tu choisis ton aventure : 11 km pour te mettre dans le bain sans te faire bouillir, 24 km pour prendre le temps de savourer, ou 31 km pour aller chercher le “wow” qui fait briller les yeux au retour ✨.
Ce que tu vas aimer, c’est l’ambiance Couserans : ça sent bon l’Occitanie, ça respire l’Ariège, et ça te rappelle pourquoi tu aimes te salir un peu les chaussures… pour une bonne raison 🥾.
Et après l’effort, tu passes en mode voyage sans t’éloigner du départ : flâner dans le centre de Saint-Girons pour récupérer en douceur, aller voir le Palais des Évêques à Saint-Lizier (juste à côté), prendre une pause au Parc des Expositions et ses abords pour souffler, ou pousser jusqu’à Salies-du-Salat pour une parenthèse détente à deux ou en famille 🏛️.
