As part of the Trail des fouss, discover the nature of Fousseret in Haute-Garonne, an authentic version of Occitania with forest paths and a friendly atmosphere. In terms of formats, choose between 6, 10, 14, or 20 km, not forgetting the 6 km Canitrail/Canicross to run with your dog. After the effort, enjoy the surroundings of Rieux-Volvestre, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, or Martres-Tolosane to extend the nature and relaxation experience.

Le Fousseret, in Haute-Garonne, is the authentic version of Occitanie: forest-scented trails, quiet spots, and an ambiance that makes you feel instantly “at home” 🌲.
As for formats, you choose your adventure: 6 km to enjoy yourself without burning out, 10 km to play with the terrain, 14 km to feast longer, and 20 km for a real nature getaway that makes you say “again” (afterward) 🧭.
And if you want to share it on four paws, the 6 km Canitrail/Canicross is here: a wonderful chance to run in sync with your dog, without losing your pace… ahem, your head 🤝.
