Le Trail du Bandiat, c’est ton rendez-vous nature à Abjat-sur-Bandiat, en Dordogne, là où la forêt te raconte des histoires et où toi, tu écris la tienne, foulée après foulée 🌲.
Ici, pas besoin d’en faire des tonnes : tu viens pour te faire plaisir, te challenger juste ce qu’il faut, et respirer grand dans une ambiance authentique, version vert, vrai, vivant ✨.
Trois formats, trois humeurs : 8 km si tu veux te régaler sans trop te faire “bandiat-er” (promis, ça pique moins que ça ne fait sourire) 😄! 15 km pour le parfait équilibre entre découverte et belle aventure. Et 31 km si tu veux une vraie escapade au long cours, celle qui te laisse des souvenirs plein les jambes et la tête 😮💨.
Le fil conducteur est simple : Nature, forêt, et ce petit frisson quand le chemin tourne et que tu te dis “ok, c’est pour ça que je suis venu” 🏞️.
Et après l’effort, tu prolonges le plaisir tout près : fais un saut à Nontron pour te balader et prendre une bonne adresse, va prendre l’air du côté de Piégut-Pluviers et son coin de vie, ou offre-toi une pause contemplative au Parc naturel régional Périgord-Limousin, juste à côté. Si tu veux terminer en mode carte postale, file jusqu’à Brantôme, la “Venise du Périgord”, parfait pour une balade au bord de l’eau en duo ou en famille 🏰.
Tu viens courir, oui… mais surtout tu viens voyager à travers une Dordogne qui sait se faire sportive et gourmande, sans chichi ❤️.
