Entre chemins tranquilles et ombres de forêt dans le Lot, le Trail du Céou à Saint-Germain-du-Bel-Air propose une marche nature en deux formats: 10 km pour profiter du décor ou 16 km pour un peu plus d’aventure et de curiosité. Après l’effort, prolongez la journée en visitant Gourdon, Rocamadour ou la grotte de Cougnac, puis savourez une balade en duo ou en famille le long du Céou.
Le Trail du Céou à Saint-Germain-du-Bel-Air, c’est une marche grandeur nature dans le Lot, entre chemins tranquilles et coins d’ombre en forêt, pile ce qu’il faut pour te faire du bien sans te presser 🌿.
Tu choisis ton terrain de jeu : 10 km pour te faire plaisir et profiter du décor, ou 16 km si tu veux un peu plus d’aventure et de “encore une petite boucle” (promis, ça passe) 🥾.
