Le Trail du Pays des Fous, c’est le genre d’aventure où tu viens chercher de la nature… et tu repars avec le sourire un peu sauvage (et des mollets fiers) 🌿.
À Saint-Senoux, en Ille-et-Vilaine, tu profites d’un terrain breton comme on l’aime : verdoyant, vivant, et jamais monotone, pile ce qu’il faut pour te sentir “hors du temps” sans partir loin 🧭.
Deux formats, deux ambiances : le 10 km pour te faire plaisir à fond et rentrer avec l’envie d’y retourner, ou le 21,5 km pour te lancer un vrai défi et mériter ton titre officieux de “fou du pays” ! 😄
L’esprit est simple : tu suis les chemins, tu relances quand ça joue, tu lèves la tête quand ça s’ouvre, et tu te laisses porter par une atmosphère nature qui fait du bien, même quand ça pique un peu 🏞️.
Et après l’effort, tu restes dans le coin pour transformer ta sortie en mini-escapade : file vers La Gacilly pour te balader, passe par Redon pour une balade au bord de l’eau, fais un détour par Rochefort-en-Terre pour le décor carte postale, ou va prendre un grand bol d’air à la forêt de Paimpont (Brocéliande, rien que ça) 🏰.
Tu peux même en faire un plan couple/famille : petite promenade digestive, pause goûter, ou verre en terrasse dans les environs… histoire de célébrer ça comme il se doit, sans faire le fou trop tard non plus 😉.
