Si tu veux une course qui a du caractère, viens te frotter au Trail du Pech de Bugarach : ici, la montagne ne fait pas semblant et toi non plus 🏔️.
Au départ de Bugarach, dans l’Aude, tu te retrouves vite entouré de nature brute, de panoramas qui te font lever la tête (même quand les jambes discutent), et de sentiers qui sentent bon l’Occitanie 🍃.
Tu choisis ton aventure : le 6 km pour te faire plaisir et découvrir l’ambiance sans te griller, ou le 20,3 km pour une vraie virée sauvage autour du Pech, version “je gère… jusqu’au prochain virage” 😉.
Et si tu viens en tribu, c’est encore mieux : avec les parcours enfants & juniors, tout le monde a son moment de gloire, et tu repars avec des souvenirs qui collent aux chaussures (et au cœur) 👨👩👧👦.
Après l’effort, je te fais le petit plan local à deux pas : va traîner du côté des gorges de Galamus, pousse jusqu’à Rennes-le-Château pour l’ambiance mystérieuse, ou offre-toi une parenthèse à Quillan au bord de l’eau ; et si tu veux finir en beauté, vise un coucher de soleil vers les lacs et étangs du coin, ça calme tout, même les mollets 🌅.
Tu verras, à Bugarach, on ne vient pas juste “courir” : on vient jouer dehors, se dépasser, et repartir avec l’envie de revenir… bref, tu vas te bugaracher au bon sens du terme ! ⭐
