Le Trail de Fátima, organisé par l'association Fátima Escola de Triatlo, propose plusieurs défis de course à pied et de marche dans la paroisse de Fátima et la municipalité d'Ourém. Certifié par l'Association portugaise de course à pied, l'événement comprend des options pour différents groupes d'âge et niveaux de compétence, tels que des circuits pour les jeunes. Il permet de gagner des points pour la Coupe du Portugal ATRP, le circuit Ribatejo Trail et le circuit régional de trail de l'Association d'athlétisme de Santarém, offrant aux participants la possibilité de découvrir les paysages naturels de la région à travers des sports d'endurance.
